Tri-Valley nonprofit Culinary Angels is in the midst of a leadership transition after the organization and its executive director quietly parted ways earlier this summer, the Pleasanton Weekly has learned.

The Board of Directors is actively recruiting for a successor to Mansoor Sakhiy, hoping to have a new executive director in place soon to lead the 10-year-old nonprofit that prepares and delivers nutritious meals to cancer patients and their caregivers in Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore, San Ramon and Danville.
