The boys of Granada-Livermore Baseball have reached the championship game of the international Little League Intermediate World Series played in their hometown. 

The West Region representative, Granada-Livermore continued their undefeated streak in the World Series on Saturday evening by beating Tri-Valley rival Bollinger Canyon Little League – the host California District 57 representative – by a count of 5-3 to win the U.S. bracket Saturday evening and earn a spot in the championship game. 

Granada-Livermore will play West Seoul A Little League from South Korea for the World Series crown at 6 p.m. Sunday (Aug. 9) at Max Baer Park in Livermore, with the game also streaming live on ESPN+. 

The unbeaten Asia-Pacific team won the international bracket with a 13-8 victory over Puerto Rico on Saturday afternoon.
