Twelve teams from across the world – including two from the Tri-Valley – have been competing in the Little League Intermediate 50/70 Baseball World Series in Livermore. As the tournament continues, the semifinals are set for Saturday and the championship game is scheduled for 6 p.m. Sunday (Aug. 9) at Max Baer Park and streaming live on ESPN+.
