Tri-Valley teens arrested for shooting, high-speed chase in stolen vehicle

Three Livermore teens and a fourth from Stockton have been arrested after allegedly shooting and throwing a hatchet at two juveniles in Livermore last week while in possession of a stolen vehicle, the Livermore Police Department announced Thursday.
