Pleasanton Weekly Publisher Gina Channell Wilcox and her husband, Steve, took along the Weekly to feed kangaroos like Matilda in Australia. In addition to meeting kangaroos, Gina and Steve checked off other “bucket list” experiences including a walkabout in the Outback, touring the Sydney Opera House and snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef.
