Some downtown streets and parking lots will be closed this weekend for the Livermore Downtown Street Fest Saturday and Sunday.

Starting at 3 p.m. on Friday, the two parking lots on the corner of South Livermore Avenue and Railroad Avenue, behind Sauced, will be closed.

Starting at 4 a.m. Saturday, McLeod, J and K Streets will be closed from First Street to Second Street and South Livermore Avenue will be closed from Railroad Avenue to Second Street.

Vehicles parked on the streets where the event will be held will be towed at 4 a.m. Saturday.

 

Sunday’s Farmers Market will not be affected and will still take place on Second Street from J Street to L Street on Sunday.

Free outside parking, including ADA parking, is available at the parking lot at Stockmen’s Park on South Livermore Avenue and the parking structure at 216 Maple Street.

The Street Fest will be held Saturday, May 14, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, May 15, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Vendors will be located on First Street from L Street to Maple and on South Livermore Avenue from Railroad Avenue to Second Street.
